Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to the returns portal using your order number and email address
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason
  3. Submit your return request

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your prepaid return label and instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for your return:

Free Returns

We will cover the cost of return shipping if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Paid Returns

For all other return reasons (e.g. incorrect size, change of mind), a £3.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


Packaging & Sending Your Return

  • Please securely pack your items, including original packaging where possible
  • You may reuse the original packaging or use a suitable alternative (e.g. a small box or mailer bag)
  • Attach the prepaid return label provided

Returns must be sent using **Evri ParcelShop drop-off locations.
Please do not use a Post Office, as the return label is only valid with Evri.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping fees may still apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow:

  • 3–5 working days for processing after we receive your return
  • Additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
